The P&F is a vital part of our children’s school. Our primary focus is to build a strong school community by enhancing the links between family, school and friendships. In addition to this we aim to:-

  • Serve the school
  • Raise funds for the school
  • Improve school facilities
  • Provide an opportunity for parents and carers to learn about the educational process
  • Provide an avenue for parents to make general enquiries and express needs from a family point of view
  • Enhance Parish involvement

Our aim is for all families to feel welcome and form friendships within the school community. All parents and carers of St Bernards children are encouraged and welcome to join and be part of our Association. 

The Parents & Friends Association conducts most of its general business via a Facebook group with all members participating actively in discussions.

Meetings are also held twice per term or as required. The AGM is held in February.

You can also be involved by assisting and participating in our various social and fundraising events.

  • Hot lunch days (once per term)
  • Student Disco
  • Student Movie Night
  • Welcome to School Picnic
  • Mother's and Father's Day Stalls
  • Welcoming Functions ie morning teas
  • Wilson's Home Timber and Hardware Sausage Sizzle
